CSR Constitution
Approved by shareholders in July 2012
Shareholders approved CSR’s constitution, which governs the internal management of the company, in 2000. Three amendments to the constitution were approved in 2003, one amendment was made in 2006, twoamendments made in 2009 and one further amendment made in 2012.
