Share Sale Facility.  CSR Limited (CSR) advises that it is implementing a share sale facility for shareholders who held 230 CSR shares or less at 7.00pm (AEDT) on 11 February 2013 (Record Date).  A copy of the information sent to shareholders can viewed by Clicking Here.

An important change to CSR's dividend payment method from January 2013.  CSR Limited will pay all future dividend payments into shareholders' nominated Australian, New Zealand or United Kingdom bank or financial institution accounts by direct credit, or into the dividend reinvestment plan.
