Don’t miss those special moments with your new family. As a primary carer, you'll receive 10 weeks' Paid Parental leave, and after returning to work for a period of 3 months we'll give you another 2 weeks' pay.

Keeping in Touch

We know how valuable it is to "stay connected" with work and the team, if you choose to take part in work related activities, you'll be entitled up to 10 paid keeping in touch days.

We know it can be overwhelming when planning your parental leave, so we've put a Concierge service in place, an internal "buddy" who knows their "stuff." They'll be there for you and your manager to help you prepare for your leave, help you navigate through CSR's suite of options and government entitlements, act as a sounding board while on leave and help with the transition when it's time to return to work.

Other great benefits

We recognise that spending time with your little one is important, so we want to make this time in your life as easy as possible, other benefits we've put in place to support you and your family include;

  • an option to pre purchase 2 weeks annual leave,
  • continued superannuation payments while on CSR's paid parental leave,
  • a salary review as part of CSR's wider remuneration review, and
  • the option of taking your paid parental leave at half pay across 20 weeks.

When it's time to return to work, it can be a challenge to balance your family and work priorities. We know this takes time to adjust and may require flexibility. We can work with you to design flexible arrangements that supports the needs of you, your family and your career.
