CSR operates with few levels of managers and gives substantial responsibility and challenge to all employees.  We strongly believe in giving people the scope and skills they need to achieve results however we also believe in accountability.  There are substantial rewards for success but if performance fails to meet expectations support will be provided to help get back on track.  However to remain on the team employees must deliver quality performance.
