Building Designer Reece Keil has created a low maintenance home with views of Surfers Paradise using Cemintel Territory for its unique visual qualities and minimal maintenance.
Having heard of his progressive and adaptive design boutique, the client, a professional Gold Coast couple, approached Building Designer Reece Keil to meet their brief for a very low maintenance home. Being the entertainers that they are, they also wished to maximise views overlooking the waters of Surfers Paradise to the front of the property, while absorbing the northern aspect of the same direction.
Keil addresses form and function to deliver the quirky, modern design that his clients requested. Upon doing so, he has created quite an intrigue amongst Southport visitors.
