Saint Ignatius’ College, Riverview, has unveiled the Wingaru building; a cutting-edge STEM and PDHPE facility designed for innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity.
Honouring Indigenous heritage, Wingaru features world-class science labs, technology workshops, and cultural spaces connected by a striking atrium. Acoustic performance was a priority, achieved with Ecophon Focus™ A acoustic ceiling tiles for superior sound absorption and speech clarity, complemented by Woven Image EchoPanel® baffles.
Structural integrity was delivered using the Rondo MAXIframe® system, meeting Australian standards for wind and seismic loads. Wingaru sets a benchmark for modern education spaces with advanced acoustic solutions and sustainable design.
