At CSR, sustainability extends further than reducing our environmental impact. We want to attract and empower a diverse CSR team to innovate and bring new ideas to life, from how we source, design, manufacture, package, and supply our products to how we partner with other businesses and connect with our communities.
Our commitment
Most importantly, CSR must continue to provide safe and sustainable products and working conditions for all people throughout the value chain and create an environment that supports growth and thriving livelihoods.
Our commitment to sustainability is going to see us make the world a better place for our people, our communities and the planet. We’re innovating today for the built environment we want tomorrow.
CSR has an ESG strategy that is aligned to our parent company Saint-Gobain. This includes adoption of targets for 2030 and beyond.

Human Rights and Modern Slavery
CSR is committed to respecting human rights and maintaining ethical and transparent business practices across our operations and supply chain.
CSR remains firmly committed to identifying, assessing, and addressing the risks of modern slavery across its operations and supply chain. The Group takes a proactive approach to mitigate potential human rights violations and uphold ethical standards in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. CSR is required to produce an annual modern slavery statement under the Australian Modern Slavery Act.
Reporting
CSR reports on a range of data to the Federal Government under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting scheme and the National Pollutant Inventory. All data is publicly available through previous CSR Sustainability Reports, NGERS reporting data and registers and the National Pollutant Inventory database.
CSR is a signatory to the Australian Packaging Covenant (APCO) and is committed to reducing its environmental footprint and by extension the amount of waste, including packaging waste, that may be disposed to landfill.
