In February, a small group of women from across CSR attended the 2018 women in manufacturing leadership summit, held in Melbourne.

With a focus on ‘breaking barriers’ by developing essential leadership skills, the event hosted by Liquid Learning featured guest speakers form BAE Systems, BlueScope, CSIRO, Goodyear Tires, LG and many more.

CSR attendees networked with established leaders, defined leadership qualities and formulated plans for growth. It was a fantastic opportunity to focus on developing authentic leadership through self-awareness and Emotional Intelligence.
