Don’t miss those special moments with your new family. As a primary carer, you'll receive 10 weeks' Paid Parental leave, and after returning to work for a period of 3 months we'll give you another 2 weeks' pay.

We know how valuable it is to "stay connected" with work and the team, if you choose to take part in work related activities, you'll be entitled up to 10 paid keeping in touch days.

They'll be there for you and your manager to help you prepare for your leave, help you navigate through CSR's suite of options and government entitlements, act as a sounding board while on leave and help with the transition when it's time to return to work.

- an option to pre purchase 2 weeks annual leave,
- continued superannuation payments while on CSR's paid parental leave,
- a salary review as part of CSR's wider remuneration review, and
- the option of taking your paid parental leave at half pay across 20 weeks.
